Free Exchanges, Return Shipping Policy
At Rugged Shark, we strive to ensure you love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of the purchase, we offer free exchanges on all products. Here's how our policy works:
Free Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we will cover the shipping costs to send you the replacement.
- Simply contact our customer service team at info@ruggedshark.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and we'll give you an RMA number to use.
- Items must be in their original condition and with all original packaging/tags intact.
Return Shipping:
- If you wish to return your item for a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@ruggedshark.com for an RMA number. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and provide a tracking number.
- Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we'll issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Replacements:
If an item is purchased through our website and defective, please provide proof of purchase as well of pictures of the defective item to info@ruggedshark.com. If the item is deemed factory defective we will provide a replacement of the same of equal value of the item. Otherwise, please contact the retailer that you purchased from and return/exchange your item.
