Our primary shipping method is FedEx Smart Post to the Continental United States. For Alaska and Hawaii, (as well as delivery to P.O. Boxes) we offer FREE shipping via United States Postal Service. Expedited Shipping is optional for an additional cost at your discretion.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) depending on availability and time order was placed. If an item is “out of stock” subsequent to your order, we will contact you to see if you prefer to wait for the item(s) to become available (“back-order”) or cancel your item(s)."

We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges on ALL products (in original condition) purchased from RuggedShark.com, within 30 days of your original purchase date from our website.
Size Exchange: If the size you ordered doesn’t fit the way you want, you can send it back for a size exchange for free! Please review entire return and exchange policy below before returning any items.
In order to receive your FREE RETURN SHIPPING FedEx label, you must contact our Customer Service department for a “Return MerchandiseAuthorization” (RMA) number prior to sending any item to us for exchange or return.

We're sorry but exchanges or returns arriving without an RMA cannot be processed. Please ship your exchange within 3 working days of speaking with our Customer Service representative.
Condition of Returned Items:
We encourage you to test-wear your Rugged Shark shoes indoors, to make sure they meet your expectations for comfort and fit. All shoes sent for exchange or return, must be in new condition arriving at our facility with all original packaging and tags attached.
For any items received in a used, dirty condition or without the tags attached, we will reduce your available refund by 50% of the item’s selling price, plus the cost of our pre-paid return label. An exchanged item will be sent or a refund issued when the item is received at our facilities and has been confirmed as returned and the condition is validated. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Service department prior to ordering.
